WHAT
IS INFRARED HEAT ?
Infrared is a type
of light that we can't see with our eyes.
Our eyes can only see what we call visable
light. Infrared light brings us special
information that we do not get from visable
light. it shows us how much heat something
has and gives us information about an object's
temperature. Hot objects glow more brighty
in the infrared image because they put out
more heat and more Infrared light.. Cooler
objects put out less heat or light and appear
less bright in Infrared images.

The
Infrared image below shows two test panels.
Panel
to the left, shows heat traveling through
the surface.The
panel to the right, which is coated with Nutech's
NXT Cool Zone coating, Note: the Infrared
light/heat being blocked from traveling through
the panels surface. The result in short, a
cooler surface below.

Image above is
of a metal cup holding a very hot drink.
Notice the rings of color showing heat traveling
from the liquid through the metal cup. The
same principle applies to your roof or wall.
"Heat will
travel through the surface into adjoining
areas"
